By accessing or using the SHARP platform operated by BrAIin Systems ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

SHARP is an AI-powered personal branding platform that creates, manages, and publishes content on your behalf across multiple social media platforms and websites. The service includes AI content generation, website creation, social media management, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our service.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Our services are offered on a subscription basis with various plans.
  • All plans include a 14-day free trial period.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Content Ownership

Regarding content created through our platform:

  • You retain full ownership of all content you provide to us (writing samples, images, brand materials).
  • AI-generated content created specifically for your account is owned by you.
  • You grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SHARP to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers

7. AI-Generated Content

While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publication. We recommend using the review and approval features available in your dashboard.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrAIin Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will provide you with an opportunity to export your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
